Four Beach Stones, One Wild Story - necklace

Unlike most of my single-stone pieces, this pendant brings together four different beach stones side by side. Each one collected on a separate walk, at a different time, sometimes from different parts of the coast entirely. None were chosen to match; the point was the opposite. Different textures, different weights, different shades of brown and grey, hung together the way you'd find them scattered naturally on the sand.

Wiring four stones together instead of one is trickier than it looks. Each stone needs its own secure wrap while still letting the whole piece move and sit naturally when worn, so no single stone pulls the others out of balance.

This one's sold out, but since it's built from found stones rather than a single "matching" material, a similar four-stone piece — with a different combination each time — is easy to recreate as a custom order.
