All 7ajra pieces are handcrafted and made in unique pieces.

For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at a7ajra@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item and a description of the issue.

We will be happy to review the case and arrange a repair, exchange, or replacement if applicable.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.
