Processing Time

Every 7ajra piece is handmade, one of a kind, and prepared with care before it leaves the studio. Please allow some time for your order to be prepared and packed before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Domestic Shipping — Lebanon

A flat shipping fee of $5 USD applies to all orders within Lebanon.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping depending on the destination. International shipping fees vary by country and are confirmed individually.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

7ajra has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you have concerns, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking availability depends on the shipping carrier and method used for your order.

Delivery Delays

7ajra is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
